Recently got into the AMG world and wanted to protect my new ride. I looked around for various PPF/ceramic places and narrowed it down to Henry's shop and another competitor due to their scopes of service and cost. In the end it was Henry's readily available communication and authenticity that won me over - I got the full body wrap and I was extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship and the work ethic of the team. I've attached pictures of the work - the protection is barely noticeable and they took the effort, time and care to make sure all panels were wrapped. I've just got my Paint Protection Film installed from HAV Extreme Protection for my brand new model 3. The PPF application was done flawlessly. Films were rolled around the edge to cover the surface 100% pretty much wherever it's possible. The service only took a day so I was able to pick up my car the day after. The price was also very reasonable. I was very statisfied with the result of the PPF application that Henry did but there are more things I want to share.Since this was my first car Henry kindly went through all the maintenance tips with product recommendations in depth. He was willing to stay longer to answer all my questions on the day I picked up the car. He added some extra protections on the car and gave me some gifts while he went over the things I should know. He also sent me a long email of extended details of everything he've explained it to me.Henry also gave me rides on the drop-off/pick-up dates from the nearest skytrain station from his shop so don't worry if you don't have someone to give you the rides.I've already recommended this guy to my friends waiting for their Teslas. I've talked to several shops for the PPF service and Henry was the easiest to communicate as he will reply right back. Don't look anywhere else if you are looking for the PPF service.

Highly recommend without hesitation.We have reached out to multiple auto detailing shop when our 3 shipment was getting closer. Henry is hands down the most responsive and helpful out of all! For work that his shop did not do, Henry was very transparent about it. He helped us reach out to get quotations and did not charge us any mark-up fees. Henry and his team just did a full front PPF with a full ceramic coat protection on my new VW ID.4. I honestly didn't now much about the process and was a bit hesitant. I called several places and did my own research and was convinced that this was a sound investment for my new car given I do a lot of highway commutes for work.All the businesses were all quite helpful and informative, but I have to say that after my conversation with Henry, I was very excited to move forward with the process even though it was a bit out of my way to get to Richmond. Henry and his team did an amazing job on my new model Y. Full front PPF, including a-frame and ceramic coat all around. There were issues at Tesla that delayed my delivery date of the car but Henry was able to rearrange his schedule to fit me in anyways. I researched the many Paint protection film businesses in the lower mainland. I visited a couple and called many of them.I chose HAV Extreme Protection, due in large part to Henry the owners responsiveness/feedback and clear explanations. Also the reviews online about his business and the successful outcomes. He even gave me a ride to and from skytrain when I dropped the car off. Who does that nowadays?Now that I have had the full stealth Xpel coating applied I could not be happier with the outcome.I would call it craftsmanship at the highest level. His team revived my 3 year old BMW 440i back to a new life, the clear satin finish over the dark grey metallic, has lightened/softened the overall affect, which I really love,,, although my primary reason was to protect the paint so I could relax a bit more on road trips,,, I got more than that, and a better looking car. I just got my car done today. I would highly recommend you to use this service if you want a ceramic coating to protect your car. Henry is very friendly, honest, and will give you a quote based on what you need. He doesn't up sell. The car is washed. The end product is excellent. When I was looking for a place to install paint protection film (PPF) on my wife’s Model 3, everyone kept saying how Henry at HAV Extreme Protection was the best. Henry and his team did the full front PPF protection on the car. I’ve spent 7 year detailing at a car dealership and I’ve rarely seen work this good. I was impressed by the attention to detail. You can’t even tell the film is on the car. It’s like they removed the body panels to install it (they didn’t). I was thinking of even trying it myself. I’m glad I didn’t. They did amazing work!!!When booking, Henry took the time to explain the different packages available and helped me chose the right one for the type of driving I do. I decided to have the full front done because I primarily drive on the highway and I will be driving in all weather conditions.I was also wanted to get the vehicle windows tinted. Henry said he doesn’t do that in-house but he brought someone in and had it done at the same time. Which saved me from having to take the car somewhere else after. He arranged every thing. He needed the car for one day but because of my schedule I had to drop the car off the night before and pick it up 36 hours later. He made sure the car was locked in his shop. both nights. Excellent service! Henry’s customer service is first class. He really takes the time ensure you’re taken care of.I do recommend him and I will be taking more cars there in the future.Thanks Henry!

I normally don’t go out of my way to leave a review but wow. Don’t even need to mention the quality of work that was done on my car as there’s more than enough good things said by others by, but just the pure level of professionalism and his attention to customer service is just another level. Not only was Henry a pleasure to work with but he really took the time to make sure I understood the options and the commitment I was getting into. He is honest and truthful about the pros and cons about each product and realistic about the expectations. I mean, he definitely exceeded my expectations anyway, but nonetheless still very assuring that he isn’t trying to upsell anything. 100% recommended and will be telling my friends about his service. I was referred by a friend to Henry for paint protection film for my new Tesla Y. I was impressed with his professionalism and his detailed explanation of the process. For my Model 3, I chose the full Xpel stealth wrap which creates a matte finish. I also had the full chrome delete package around the window trim, door handles and side cameras and tinted the back 5 window panels. Finally, he also assisted in getting a faux carbon fibre spoiler added and a snap plate on the front grill. I was very happy with the work, quality and punctuality of Henry and his team. From start to finish, Henry was very easy to work with giving me a detailed price breakdown and timeline he would need in order to finish the work. Any questions I had, Henry would answer in a reasonable time frame. He also gave updates on the status of the vehicle which gave me great confidence that work was being done as scheduled. The final product was great but it was the service that exceeded my expectations ! I'll be back for sure to see Henry with my next vehicle.

I got a full paint protection film installed. They used Xpel Stealth which turns the car a matte look. They did an amazing job! It was all wrapped nicely around edges. It all looks totally seamless like the paint was this way from the factory. They also did a full chrome delete. Henry's customer service is amazing. He kept me updated and always answered questions quickly. I highly recommend.

If you are like me, you are reading reviews to see what other think, and only write reviews when your expectations are far exceeded. Henry did an amazing job installing PPF to the front of my car, he was extremely responsive to all email questions, on the day of install he sent several updates throughout the day of his progress. When I picked the vehicle up, he went over proper care of the new film, and several cleaning products he recommends and uses. This was a great experience, I have already recommended his services to several friends and colleagues. The level of service from Henry at HAV Extreme Protection had exceeded far beyond my high expectations. First getting in touch with Henry and having the pre qualified communication on what I wanted in terms of service and what will be done to my car was super informative. Henry and his team at HAV were top-notch with there service and quality; they offer a competitive price point to a lot of the other PPF wrap services in Vancouver. Henry did a model 3 and a model X for us, it's been a couple of months now. It's like the cars are still brand new with the wrap, I definitely recommend getting a PPF wrap with them if you want to protect your vehicles paint or if you take any road trips and want to protect them from rock and bugs.

Upon picking up my new model s from Tesla I drove it straight to HAV Extreme Protection for full application of paint protection film (PPF) and chrome delete. Prior to choosing HAV I had done my market research and visited a lot different shops for PPF. I chose HAV extreme protection based off Henry's welcoming, friendly and professional attitude. Throughout the entire process Henry provided me with updates and progress with my car. It really made me feel at ease and assured I was taking care of. Fast forward to when I picked up my car I was even more impressed. The application was flawless and nearly invisible. The attention to details is outstanding and I would highly recommend this shop for PPF, wrapping and chrome delete. Henry and Hav were great! They helped me figure out what I needed for what I was using my car for and did a great job. They hid any seams very well and no one can see that there is PPF on it. I highly recommend the self healing PPF if you plan on doing any driving in BC! All ready saved my paint with a few rock chips after PPF. I will be going back here and reccommend all clients to get PPF from these guys. They also do ceramic coating and I suggest this as well. I took my Tesla Model X here.

It was a rainy morning but Henry from Hav Ceramic Coating made sure I got to work reasonably safely by driving me to the bus stop and kept me company until the bus arrives, and even lent me his umbrella. The next morning, he walked me through the finished product including potential weak points to keep an eye on (due to the geometry of the vehicle, not workmanship or material), and care for the next couple of weeks. They cut their own wrap so they were able to cover areas some precut templates don't, such as areas almost under the repeater cameras. More importantly, the quality of workmanship was great. The front wrap package included side mirrors, A-pillars, and center console wrap for a very competitive price. They did 6 or 7 Model 3s that same week so they have no shortage of experience.

Our Tesla Model 3 will be living in rural BC. We experience sand and salt in the winter and a lot of insect damage in the summer. Our car is wrapped and coated accordingly. HAV know T3s, as ours is number 81 for them. We even made alterations to the usual format. Henry does great work and finds the time to TALK to you about your concerns. Highly recommended !!

It's been over one month since I've got my ppf done from HAV Extreme Protection. I couldn't afford to wrap the entire car, but was suggested that I can always come back to do the rest whenever I want, so I've just got the front applied. Henry was simply amazing from start to finish. His service was impeccable. Super friendly, down to earth, and even offered to drive me home and pick me up while he gets my car wrapped. Service that even most professionals don't offer.Plus he sent me pics of progresses which keeps me excited! When I got my car back, he explained what I need to be aware of and did some bonus stuff for me that I didn’t expect!The work is simply beautiful. I couldn't tell that the protection was applied until i look really closely. One thing i noticed is that cleaning the car seems so much easier. Driving on the highway always led to front of the car full of dead bugs. Those bugs easily comes off the car after a quick spray and the front is like new again!Now I’m saving up to wrap the rest of my car!Definitely highly recommend if you are considering PPF!
